BoB Marley

Hemp oats with chia seeds and peanut butter, tropical mango and raspberries.

Serves 1 | Ready in 5 minutes |

Ingredients
  • 60g oats
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk
  • 30g hemp protein powder (or hulled hemp hearts)
  • 1 tsp Spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Agave/Maple/Honey (your choice)
  • 80g frozen Raspberries
  • 80g frozen Mango chunks
Method

Step 1

Place the oats into a bowl along with the chia seeds, hemp protein powder and spirulina. Mix together to combine evenly and then add the milk, peanut butter and syrup of your choice. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Top with the frozen fruit

Step 3

Choose your favourite Bob Marley tune, play the music, sit down and relax, eating your delicious oats, singing; “don’t worry, about a thing, cause everything little thing, is gonna be alright!”
