A simple protein shake to start the day with spinach, apricots and peanut butter.
Serves 1 | Ready in less than 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 300ml unsweetened soy milk
- 40g oats
- 20g peanut butter
- 80g frozen block of spinach
- 30g dried apricots
Method
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on a high speed for around 1 minute.
Using soy milk is best if you want a high protein shake.
